Service Description
Add ons *Customized Poem $550 Includes: Written, memorized and performed poem custom created for event. *Visual Promo Poem $400 Includes: 1min original , video poem detailing your specific event. *Audio Promo Poem $300 Includes: 1min original poem detailing your specific event. *Custom Workshop Facilitation $500 Includes: 1.5 hr Custom Workshop Facilitation Note: For all add one Must Request and details must be provided 1-2mos prior to event.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure that we continue providing the best possible service and to create a seamless experience for all of our clients, please take a moment to review our booking policy. Advanced Booking To secure your preferred time, we recommend booking your appointment at least 60 days in advance. This helps us better manage our schedule and accommodate your needs. Last Minute Bookings We understand that sometimes you may need a service on short notice. We strive to accommodate last-minute bookings and while you can book 2 days before the event, availability cannot always be guaranteed. Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens, and we understand.We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 7 days notice to allow us ample time to accommodate your request. Non-Refundable Policy All bookings are non-refundable. Once a booking is made and payment is received, it cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued if you choose to cancel. Exceptions – Natural Disasters & Medical Emergencies: Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances: Natural Disasters: Unforeseen events such as earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, or other natural events that make travel impossible or unsafe. Medical Emergencies: Serious health issues that require immediate medical attention. Proof of Circumstance To qualify for an exception, you may be required to provide supporting documentation, such as an official weather or travel advisory, a doctor’s note, or other relevant evidence. Discretionary Clause Please note: even under exceptional circumstances, refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the provider’s discretion. Additionally, please note that we reserve the right to cancel any event that does not align with K-Love’s Brand and Mission. Our goal is to ensure that every event reflects our values and serves our community in the best way possible. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to helping us maintain this standard.
